FOOD EVENT: Friday September 25, Polish Food Tasting – Washington, D.C.

Gołąbki is the Polish word for “little pigeons,” which also refers to the shape of the Polish stuffed cabbage rolls. Minced meat combined with long rice are used in varying portions depending on individual taste.

The National Polish Center in Washington, D.C. will offer a food tasting event! Enjoy gołąbki with a glass of wine and to learn how to make them.

$25 suggested donation, reservation required.
